Terms & Conditions – MetaPlay

By downloading, accessing, or using the MetaPlay mobile application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MetaPlay for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or its components.

All intellectual property rights related to MetaPlay, including trademarks, logos, designs, content, and software, belong to MetaPlay or its licensors.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use MetaPlay.

  • By using the app, you confirm that you are legally allowed to participate in skill-based gaming activities in your jurisdiction.

  • Users from certain regions or states may be restricted as per applicable local laws and regulations.

3. Skill-Based Gaming Disclaimer

MetaPlay is a skill-based gaming platform. All games and tournaments require skill, strategy, and decision-making. MetaPlay does not promote gambling and does not guarantee any winnings or prizes.

4. Tournaments, Entry Fees & Prizes

  • Some tournaments may require an entry fee.

  • Entry fees, prizes, and rules for each tournament will be clearly displayed before participation.

  • MetaPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel tournaments due to technical or operational reasons.

  • Prize distribution timelines may vary depending on verification and anti-fraud checks.

5. Payments, Wallet & Refunds

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.

  • MetaPlay does not store sensitive payment information.

  • All transactions are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • In-app currency (coins, wallet balance) has no cash value unless explicitly stated.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Use cheats, hacks, bots, emulators, VPNs, or unauthorized software

  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage

  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior

MetaPlay reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules and to forfeit winnings obtained through unfair means.

7. Third-Party Services

MetaPlay may use third-party services such as:

  • Google Play Services

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Ad networks (e.g., AdMob)

Your use of these services is governed by their respective Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies.

8. Internet & Device Responsibility

Certain features of MetaPlay require an active internet connection. MetaPlay is not responsible for service disruptions caused by network issues, data charges, or device limitations. You are responsible for securing your device and account credentials.

9. Limitation of Liability

MetaPlay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app. MetaPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, virtual items, or potential winnings.

10. Termination

MetaPlay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of MetaPlay after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
